I’m a former British Army and Afghan veteran who’s spent years training myself to stay in peak condition. After gaining invaluable experience in physical and mental endurance, I decided to take the plunge and pursue my passion for fitness by earning my CIMSPA Level 3 qualification. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others reach their goals, whether it’s preparing for the armed forces, boosting confidence by building a stronger body, or tackling challenges like their first-ever HYROX competition.
Currently, I work at Everlast at the Glasgow Fort, where I have the privilege of guiding people through their fitness journeys, helping them push past limits and become the best versions of themselves. No matter your starting point, I’m here to support and motivate you every step of the way.
