Over the past 3 years, I have been a PT operating in Glasgow.
Before this, I have spent over a decade developing my knowledge and understanding of different training approaches and how to use them for specific goals. I've played rugby for Ulster youth back home in Bonnie Ireland and practiced Japanese jujitsu from age 5.

Over the past 3 years, I have helped my clients lose a combined total of 350kg and develop a level of strength + muscle unparalleled.
